The Latvian Curling association is proud to invite curlers from near and far to the third annual Riga Open 2013 curling tournament. This season Riga Open will be the curtain raiser on an Olympic curling season and one of the first places in Europe for curling teams to start their seasons on specialized high quality curling ice against high quality opposition.
