INVITATION – BULLETIN
The organization efforts are still underway, so the following does not include participation costs (we are considering various accommodation and boarding options to match the cost expectations of Polish curlers). The detailed program may also be slightly changed. Details will follow in the next announcement, but even now everyone is invited to visit Giżycko for MAZURY CURLING FESTIVAL.

3. PROGRAM (draft)
22-24.07 – training for ice rink employees and curling clubs on preparing curling ice rinks
24-25.07 – training for referees
24-26.07 – training for instructors and coaches
25.07 – 31.07 – camp for teams and individual participants
1-3.08 – Mazury Curling Cup Tournament
Trainings and the tournament are available to all curlers regardless of their level, age, sex or team. One can participate in selected training sessions, or only in the tournament.
DETAILS:
1. Training for ice masters:
Preparation of curling ice for competitions, preparation of ice for training, preparation of ice on non-curling ice rinks. The session is led by Mark Callan (Kays of Scotland), one of the most experienced ice masters in the world. Participants will receive Kays of Scotland certificate in addition to invaluable expertise and practice.
Number of participants: 10-15 people
2. Training for referees:
Details will follow after they have been discussed with the World Curling Federation
3. Training for instructors/coaches
Details will follow after they have been discussed with the World Curling Federation
4. Camp:
6 days of classes with the minimum of 4 hours of classes on the ice and 2 hours off the ice every day (at the premises of the Academic Sport Center in Wilkasy).
Groups will be divided into 2/3 advancement levels, and into classes for players on individual positions, as well as classes for teams. Individual and team consulting will be available.
Classes will be held by:
- Camilla Jensen (Denmark, World and Europe Championship medalist)
- Mark Callan (Scotland, Kays of Scotland)
- Judith McFarlane ( Royal Caledonian Curling Club Development Manager also Scottish Mixed Double Champion)
- Less advanced groups will be led by the best Polish coaches
5. Tournament (name and level to be discussed):
24-32 teams of any composition and age. First come first served basis. The organizer reserves right to accept foreign teams on the first-served basis, and to reject more than 2 teams from the same club.
