This competition guarantees all teams at least 4 games and some will play as many as 7 games.
It starts on Friday evening and finishes by 5pm on the Sunday
The total prize money is over £2000, with the Braehead Open winners prize being £750.
Last year we had a very high standard of competition, with 5 teams from abroad, and many strong Scottish teams using the event for early season practice
There are prizes for under 25s, seniors, best ladies team, and best Braehead team in addition to a range of prizes for the low and middle roads.
Early entries are recommended since in 2010 we had a full number of 32 teams
