FTC Curling Cup 2015

It is our pleasure to welcome you to “The Greenest Curling Cup”, organized by Ferencvárosi Torna Club (FTC) curling division. The goal of the Cup is to prepare the curlers for the Hungarian National Championship with using the new WCF Thinking Time measuring method.

Programs:
- 10th of January (Saturday) is a working day in Hungary, so the timeline of the Cup will support the daily job routines. Matches will start on Friday from 17:00 to 21:15, on Saturday from 15:30 to 19:45 and on Sunday from 8:30 to 17:45.
- Saturday evening we will have a great party with irish live music - by Finnegan's Wake - in the downtown (venue: Borháló Körút, 1085 Budapest

- As an additional program, we are offering a tour in the Groupama Aréna, as the brand new home of FTC Football Team.

Rules of the Game:
- According to WCF rules
- The Cup will be organized within SKIN Game system in the, where each team will be granted 4 games with 5 ends in Thinking Time measuring.
- Winning an end, the team owns the hammer must score at least by two points, or the opponent has to steal
- The points for the ends: 1, 3, 3, 5, 8.
- The first two games are played in the drawn groups, followed by two rounds based on the overall ranking.
- Classification based on gained points

Entry fee:
- The entry fee is € 200 per team (4 players) including the tickets for the events, the banquett, as well the breakfast/ lunch on Sunday.

- Registration is open to the maximum of 10 teams.
